We will happily exchange all items if they are defective or not as initially represented within two weeks (14 days) of shipping. Items that show signs of wear and/or repetitive washing will not be eligible for exchange. We’ll make it easy for you, to begin an exchange, email customer support at joyakdesigns@gmail.com, please include your full name, order number and reason for submitting your exchange.
